:D long time no post

hey (:
havent been blogging, since 9th april. and today's friday, the 13th. :D

ah i dislocated my knee again, err, last monday. but it was a minor one. like just came out of place and now it's back in place. so now it's like not very painful, but rather weak when i walk. sigh and now i cant do touch rugby for pe, just when i thought pe was getting funner (than softball).

oh and we had strings perf at esplanade concourse on tuesday. no comments :D but someone seemed to have had a lot of comments... :\ oh but i think the changing room was quite cool :D they had all the mirrors with the lights around the mirror. and there were a lot of them. hahaha.

and i had chem SPA yesterday. i think it's okay, just that i got the last gas wrong i think. i swear (promise) i smelled something funny okay! this really pungent smelly smell that i almost puked smelling. but people say it's hydrogen, which has no smell. and that there was a 'pop'. oh well. oh and i stupidly burnt myself, at my wrist. i was heating the solid over the bunsen burner. and i was using the really hot fire with the hole open. and then it heated very slowly, so i thought if i changed angle, it would be better, and i stupidly put my arm directly over the bunsen burner. yesss it hurt! and i had no time to wash it under cold tap water. so it just kept burning throughout the SPA. ): now there's this red/brown patch on my arm. ugly! but not pain anymore.

oh and yesterday! i got a shock la! penelope, kathy and i were talking and walking to the music block, and kathy was walking backwards. then none of us realise it was nearing the stairs, and kthy almost died! she tripped a the stairs, like really goign to fall wobble wobble kind. and she grabbed hold of me and i started screaming. i mean, she really almost died! if she didnt have anyone to hold, wooohw, i cant imagine what would have happened mann! then penelope pulled her up, and i ended up like, running around the bridge (linking to music block). dont ask me why, natural reaction! but was quite funny, and then 3of us ended up laughing. hahaha. :D and my hand was red after she grabbed hold of it, you can imagine how hard the grip was and how hard gravity is so hard to overcome! HAHAHAHAHA it was sooooooo close mann! :D :D :D KATHY I SAVED YOUR LIFE. well, MY ARM SAVED YOUR LIFE. :D

oh and today, in the morning there was strings, so i brought my bag there, and then during assembly, i brought my bag to the hall. and so, it was outside the hall with a lot of other people's bags. and then after assembly, violet and i were happily talking and walking back to class. then i went to class, about to sit down and i realised, eh? how come today my chair so empty and omfortable. because usually i only have this lil tiny space for me to sit cuz my bag takes up more space than me. and then i realised i left it downstairs. and so i had to tell misskoh that i left my bag downstairs and that i have to take it. argh so stupid! but it was funny. hahaha.

LUNCH WITH KIMBERLEY :D yeah it was fun(ny)! it's like so.. easy. and comfortable :D you know what, i think and hope we wont drift! anyway i was telling her about the 'bag' incident and she started laughing. and through her suggestion, i shall post a 'VS' table-kind-of-thing. kimberley (xuanwei, penelope, etc etc) type of people being 'K', vs, well... hm. people that i know now 'N'.

K: HAHAHAHAHAHAH xD
N: oh! hurry go and take it! / LOSERRRR
2. *racket broke durng pe as it was hit too hard*
K: *laugh non-stop till we're on the floor*

3. *badminton racket flying across the hall, along with the shuttlecock (dont know how to spell), and dropping near another girl*
K: *laugh non-top will we're on the floor, too*
N: *no reaction* go pick up!

SIGHHHHH. :|
oh well i'll continue the table soon. it's quite funny, yet depressing at the same time huh.

okay it's 1222 midnight now! and i was practising the cello just now! OOOH im so HARDWOKRING! well, until my mum came up to stop me from practising anymore in case the neighbour came. ): JUST when i was in a practising mood. BOOOO.
ah! and i didnt do anything today! strings, then learninglab, come home, have dinner, and i told my mum i'll sleep for 15 minutes and asked her to wake me up. and guess what, when i woke up, it was 11. i slept for 2 hours -.- and, apparently, she tried to wake me up but to no avail, according to her. sigh one night wasted. and i havent started on biopt, and geog test coming. how come this year is busy and depressing? haiii...

okay okay i shall finish off this post! tomorrow still need to go school at 0745 for, strings. oh well, i need practice anyway. :D

numb thumb becoming worse D:

AH my numb thumb is becoming worse! it's like, painful and weird now. and it's swollen. DDD: and SYF IS COMING. WHAT IF I CANT HOLD THE BOW. D:

when i write/use my bow/hold the railings or anything, the nerves at joint where the thumb and palm 'connects' will get pressed, and then they'll like slide over each other in a painful manner, and then the nerves connected to my thumb will hurt and can feel the tingle and the nerves moving, painfully. then if i press too hard onto the joint, the nerves connecting to my thumb will make my thumb feel like there's someone pinching my thumb till it's bleeding. bloody painful. ): sigh i hope it gets better QUICK! and at first on (last) wednesday, i was thinking, if the numbness doesnt go in a week, i'll go see the doctor. now im quite sure it wont heal in a week. i think the nerves, as in jing1, are tangled up inside. as in, not jokingly. seriously. i think when i used the penknife it pressed on the nerves for too long, then it became weird. cuz my other thumb's a-oh-kay. fortunately. but unfortunately, this is my RIGHT thumb. I SHALL PRAY and hopefully it will heal faster :D

okay enough about my poor thumb feeling numb yet painful at the same time. TODAY:

OH YOU KNOW WHAT. strings wants combined prac every morning at 7 until SYF. ?! which means i have to bring cello EVERYDAY. and it's like not much time to prac, cuz school starts at what, 7.25? and then we still need time to tune. sighhh... and i still need to mark attendance eh, so does penelope :D hope it's OF USE.

oh and for pe, we had touch rugby (: i think it's funner than softball. okay, maybe i still cant tell cuz it's the first lesson. but at least there's a change of teacher (:

sigh how i wished i could take an afternoon nap. but malay took up whole afternoon till like, 5.30. oh and i took bus home myself today :D and then went to coro, wanted to buy the geog book chngyan asked me to buy for her (and maybe for myself too), but it was out of stock. saw some little notebooks that i can buy (for church), but i dont know how many i need. so i didnt buyy. then i went to NTUC and bought muffins, chocolates and fruity bars. oh no, fat days ahead! CONTROL:D

walked home and showered. now blogging. and im quite sleepy. want to sleep, but this is a weird time to sleep. oh well, i shall go watch tv! (though i have a lot of hw ): )

:D sleepy yet happy

YAY math pt is FINALLY DONE! :D
i know it's done super badly, but who cares. it's done. yeah. :D
im damn sleepyyyy and a lil hungry. but it's late at night, shouldnt eat. :|

ah i shall blog, since im quite relieved about math pt. shall blog a lil about church (: (since someone asked me to)
today's church was quite okay. was late for morning class because fiona and i walked to church, and i was wearing shoes that werent exactly comfortables = bad blisters. boo. yeah till now, it's still hurting. ): played the little piano by the side today, for worship. oh and people were baptised today. there were babies too. haha. oh yeah HAPPY EASTER(: may god bless everyone! after worship, listen... until service ended.

went for lunch with relatives from hongkong. jiu gong and jiu po :D went to garuda, some indo food restaurant. the food was nice! and the place is so special. it looks modern, yet high-class, although it's location is quite.. well-hidden, somehow. well, the food was NICE. (: and the desert was SUPER nice. the avocado juice with chocolate and the es telar (? dont know how to spell). mmmmnice. (:

and then went home... math pt-ing till now! WOW SO LONG. okay fine, in between, there were tv breaks, food breaks, walk-around-the-house-aimlessly breaks, friendster breaks, blog-reading breaks and many other breaks :D ah breaks are so relieving. they make you less stress, and thus happier. when you're happier, you'll do your work in a more positive attitude. LIKE ME :D heh.

*AH my NUMB THUMB IS SWOLLEN i just realised. and it has been numb for so long, and NOW, IT'S SWOLLEN.. hope am i supposed to play cello. :\ i dont dare to see the dotor now, in case he asks me to wrap or squeeze or anything that make me cant hold my bow. D: stupid penknife, i hate you. ew. and made me waste time on NWSP. argh.

ahh i shall go sleep now! YOU KNOW WHAT, everyday morning im supposed to carry my cello to school cuz we have pracise at 7 starting from tomorrow. WTH! pity my thumb, pity my eyes, pity my mind in the morning, pity, well, ME.

oh and there's something wrong with my new phone! when i receive smses, i receive like, probably all 10 at one go, then one whole day no smses received, then at night, all of them come at once, like beepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeeepbeeeeeeeeeep but in vibration mode. YEAH so annoying huh. going to repair soon.

okay i think im getting not-sleepy, which is bad, cuz it's 1.58am, and if i cant sleep, i wont be able to stay awake tomorrow. LONG DAY school + malay. D: i want to take afternoon nap. but cannot, tomorrow have to go coro to buy geog textbooks + lil notebooks (argh).

today was a busy day! as i said earlier on yesterdayyy.

anyway, woke up early for extra geog lesson. ):sigh. and then guitar was cancelled. :D esther needed to do math pt & chem SPA ,so did i. but after geog lesson, i reached home, watched tv, practise a little bit of piano for later's church prac, and then off i went for tuition.

tuition was okay today, just that i dont know why during chem, the first 30minutes i was SO DAMN sleepy. i couldnt keep my eyes open. i tried so hrad. oh well. CHEM SPA AH. D: and then from tuition straight to CHURCH.

practice was quite nice today. i hope i improved (: and i think tomorrow's worship will be quite.. interactive and nice, i hope. (: some people getting baptised tomorrow :D oh tomorrow's easter! actually, more like, now, cuz now's tomorrow, which is today. argh confusing. but i guess you get the picture huh. it's 2.30am now. :|

and then from there, i went home for dinner, and then my mum sent fiona and i to singapore indoor stadium for caiyilin's concert! OOOH IT WAS NICE! :D took lots of pics and vids in my phone. will post when i feel like! :D i guess the concert made me feel happy for a while. didnt think of anything of hw in the concert. :D but AFTER the concert, which is NOW, i have to stay up to do at least a lil bit of my math pt. ): ): ): but nevermind! at least the CONCERT WAS NICE! at first fiona and i were supposed to sit in front of each other cuz no more double-seat tickets left. but, fortunately, the person sitting next to her didnt come, so i sat next to her throughout the concert :D and then after the concert, we went out and there was this little stall selling jolintsai-related stuff. and then i wanted to buy the handphone keychain for fun, cuz it says 'J' and im Joellyn. :D but it was sold out. darn. so i bought a bracelet which i doubt i'll wear haha. then went home, super tired, but still need to do math. this sucks, i should be sleeping. and the songs in the concert are still in my head. i shall listen to them now. (:

im going to sleep at 3.00 no matter how much ive done for math! I NEED MY BEAUTY SLEEP MANNNNN! :D

BUSY BUSY BUSY

i think i sound like this freaking busy girl if someone else reads my blog. im always talking about work. ): but it's only that im doin my work that i feel like blogging. when im having fun, well i wont usually thinking of blogging, since blogging is quite a hassle when you're having fun. so yeah, im undergoing torture now.

MATH PT IS DRIVING ME NUTS!

changed seating today. ): i'll miss sitting nex to chngyan. welllll.... now my sitting arrangement.. hm. dont know. let's see how it will progress after time.

and GEOG NATIONAL WEATHER STUDIES PROJECT presentation tomorrow! and we're not even half done. we're SOOOO going to screw it up. D: im supposed to do the model for the HDB with solar panels. and ive been using so much of the penknife that my right thumb is totally NUMB. has been numb for an hour, hasnt subside. so scary. AHHH jiayou!

ooooh tomorrow lunch with star!

but 313's fine. in case.. yeah. haha.

oh well going for dinner, shower, and then continue the model, read up for geog, do SS newspaper thing (UH!), math ws and then SLEEEEEEP.

SPORTS FEST(:

such a long time since i posted!

anywayyyy, today was SPORTS FEST!
and some weird and funny things happened.
i shall start from when i met kimberley and penelope :D

OKAYY. so i was late, again. but kimberley was lateR. so yeah. we met at junction8 because penelope and i had to buy court shoes. we bought the same type as kathy! it isnt very nice, but i think it's okay cuz i wont wear it for any other occassions, except for strings. so yeah. oh and then we had lunch (breakfast?) at crystal jade's smaller outlet... (i dont know what it's called) and ive never eaten in such restaurants with friends before... but nevermind. and then we were about to be late already.. so we went to the mrt station.

i cant believe i said that. hahahha charlie mountain. HAHAHAA. it was funny okay. it's from this thing that amanda sent me. a weird, funny, irritating and creepy clip on youtube that she sent me. about unicorns. going to candy mountain. and the ending was that they stold one of the unicorns' kidneys. ew.

and then throughout the journey we were chanting that. hahaha it was quite funny :D and we sang bei feng chui guo de xia tian too! and kimberley still remembered how to sing! im such a great teacher dont you think so! yes you do. oh yeah and before leaving for toapayoh stadium, we bought this nail bufferb lock thing from bodyshop. penelope and i. then during sports fest she was buffering my nails. haha. i had free manicure! but the manicurist kept complaining i have not-very-nice nails. okay fine, ugly nails. pfft.

sang sonds during sports fest. and you know what! PENELOPE REMEMBERED THE LYRICS FOR BAO BEI KUAI SHUI (when i didnt). ive failed as a number #1 fan. sorry. BUT SHE REMEMBERED YOU KNOW! OMG AH! IM SO PROUD OF HER :D and kimberley taught us some songs too! well.. portions of a lot of songs. and now i can sing the front part of way back into love. yay! :D

oh and the camera story! HAHAHAH. we were trying to take pictures during sports fest. but KIMBERLEY kept on deleting EVERY picture we took. and thennnn, uncooperative penelope just refused to take. and then all the pictures in my camera now are like, unsuccessful ones. but the funny parts were when. we want to FINALLY take one DECENT one. okay here it went:

on the whole sports fest was quite okay.... :D at least i was with penelope and kimberley! (:

but i feel so depressed now. kimberley said ive become weirder. she said the things i talk about are boring. she's making me sad.

oh and you know what! today's shao nian te gong dui is the one that is filmed on the day i saw 5566! how cooooool is that HUH! :D
